ActiMeat ingredients based on meat and vegetable raw materials are intended for food manufacturers specialized in the elaboration of stuffed pasta, oven products, ready meals, sauces, soups, snacks and sandwiches or puff pastries and pies.

How can ActiMeat products be integrated in the process of the manufacturers?

All our products are frozen (IQF) and ready to use. Each ingredient is integrated with added value in your preparations to bring flavor, texture and visual.

ActiMeat products, in the form of flakes, pellets or steaks, can be integrated with added value in the preparations of food manufacturers:

Stuffed pasta: The natural or spicy, raw or cooked, meat or vegetable gins are perfect to be used as stuffing in pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, cannelloni by bringing taste and texture.
Oven products: ActiMeat chips are perfect for use as toppings on pizzas, fajitas or as toppings in lasagna. They add taste, texture and visual appeal to your preparations.
Prepared dishes: ActiMeat toppings are suitable for chili con/sin carne type dishes. The dumplings also bring visual to your preparations while preserving a perfect behaviour due to their cooking process on full band.

How are the pallets packaged at the time of purchase?

You have the possibility to order on demand, our different references available on the Store, in 10kg unit packaging and delivered by pallet (570kg – 57 bags) or by half-pallet.
Our products are packaged in sealed polyethylene bags in compliance with EC regulations 10/2011 and 1935/2004.
All our bags are identified by the time stamp of the packaging in order to trace all the steps of the manufacturing and packaging process in a clear way.
