How do I set up an account ?

If you have not yet registered on store.actimeat.com.
Creating an account is the first stage you need to go through if you want to place an order.

To set up an account :

  • 1. Click on the button “My account”, which is in the top right-hand corner of each page.
  • 2. Click on “Set up an account” and then enter your details.

How to access your account ?

  • 1. Click on the “My account” button, which can be found in the top right-hand corner of all the pages on this website.
  • 2. Fill in your email and your password.
  • 3. Confirm the details you have entered by clicking on the “Log in” button to access your account.

Click here to be automatically redirected to the log-in page and then to your business’s “My account” page.

What to do if you forget your password ?

  • 1. Click on the “My account” button, which can be found in the top right-hand corner of all the pages on this website.
  • 2. Then click on the “Forgotten password” link.
  • 3. Enter your email address and confirm.

Your password will be sent to you instantaneously.
Click here to be automatically redirected to the forgotten password page.

How to change your details ?

Changing your postal address
You have the option of changing your postal address or of adding a postal address.

  • at any time on your business’s “My account” page, and then by going to the “My personal details” section of it
  • on the ActiMeat website when you are placing an order
  • by getting in contact with our Customer Service Department, by calling +33 (0) 492 875 760 or by using our contact form.

Changing an existing address or creating a new address at the time of an order
Once you have confirmed the contents of your basket, you get to the “Delivery” stage. At this point, you have the option of changing your address or of adding a new address.

Changing your password
Once you have logged in to your account, at any time you can personalise your password by going to your business’s “My account” page, and then to the “My username and password” section of it.

Changing your email address
You have the option of changing your email address either on your business’s “My account” page, in the “My personal details” section of it, or by means of our contact form.
